The Bible

Answers to Your Questions About the Bible

Why do we consider the Bible the greatest book in the world? The answer is simple: Because the Bible is the Word of God! When we read the Bible, we read a message that comes from God Himself! When the Bible speaks, it is God who speaks!

Because the Bible is the Word of God, it gives us much more than mere information. The Bible gives us a promise. A promise of life! Everyone who receives the message of the Bible with faith is promised the indescribable gift of eternal life in Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

  1. 1.Where did the Bible come from?

From God Himself. God chose many people to write what He wanted.

  4. 4.Isn’t the Bible too old to be of any use to us today?

Not at all. The Bible is a living book that speaks to the hearts of people of any time and place.

For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
